Tara R. Craft is an associate attorney with Seaton, Peters & Revnew, P.A. She advises and represents employers on various employment and labor related matters, including discrimination, harassment, workers’ compensation, wrongful termination, retaliation, FMLA, ADA, employment contracts, employment compliance matters, affirmative action plans, employee handbooks and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Ms. Craft graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before joining Seaton, Peters & Revnew, Ms. Craft served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Janie S. Mayeron of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and to the Honorable Stephen D. Swanson and the Honorable Jeanne J. Graham in the Fourth Judicial District, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Ms. Craft is a volunteer attorney with the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota and a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers. She is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts of Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
