Robin N. Kelleher is an attorney with Seaton, Beck & Peters, P.A.  She advises and defends employers on a wide range of employment and labor related matters including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, FMLA, ADA, employment contracts, wage and hour, unemployment compensation, employment compliance matters, collective bargaining, election proceedings, arbitrations, picketing, strikes, and secondary boycotts.

Ms. Kelleher graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 1995.  While attending law school she worked as a law clerk for Martin Garden and Associates, a management labor and employment law firm in Minneapolis. 

Ms. Kelleher first joined the Seaton, Beck law firm in 1996.  In 2003, she served as the Deputy Commissioner and Acting Commissioner for the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, and recently rejoined the firm.  She is also active in the Society for Human Resource Management and has been certified by that organization as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.  In the past Ms. Kelleher taught elementary music, and worked for several years as a Realtor and as a residential real estate developer.

Ms. Kelleher was a contributing editor to the Minnesota State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Newsletter from 1996 through 2003.  She has also co-authored several articles including Workplace Privacy, Real Answers and Practical Solutions, (Thompson Publishing 2000) and Union Violence:  The Record And The Response By Courts, Legislatures, and the NLRB (George Mason University, John Olin Institute For Employment Practice And Policy, Labor Relations And Public Policy Series, No. 25, 1999).

Ms. Kelleher is active in fundraising for the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.  In her leisure time she enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, boating, cooking, reading and politics.
