Brittany J. Mayer-Schuler is an associate attorney with Seaton, Peters & Revnew, P.A. She advises and represents employers on various employment and labor related matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, FMLA, ADA, employment contracts, employment compliance matters, affirmative action plans, and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Ms. Mayer-Schuler previously worked as a labor and employment law attorney at the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney. Ms. Mayer-Schuler graduated, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law where she received the CALI Award and was a Burton Award Finalist. While in law school, she had the opportunity to serve as a Judicial Extern for United States Federal Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan and to work as a law clerk for Target Corporation. Ms. Mayer-Schuler earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
Ms. Mayer-Schuler is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice before the state courts of Minnesota and North Dakota. |
