Caitlin practices in the areas of employee benefits and employment law. She advises employers on compliance issues relating to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, maintaining ERISA compliant employee benefit plans, and other employment matters, including compliance with state and federal contracts, policy development, employment agreements, and discipline and discharge issues.

As an advisor, Caitlin counsels employers on developing and implementing health and welfare and fringe benefits plans, advises them on employee benefits tax matters, helps them navigate new Affordable Care Act regulations, and drafts company policies, agreements, and contracts. Caitlin also works with federal, state, and city contractors to develop Affirmative Action Plans and maintain contract compliance.

Caitlin graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor on the School of Law’s flagship law review. She received her B.A., from the University of Michigan. Outside of her law practice, Caitlin enjoys teaching and performing ballet, tap, jazz and hiphop.
