Bill is an associate attorney with Seaton, Peters & Revnew.  Bill’s practice centers on employment law, and he has substantial experience both litigating on behalf of employers and advising them on compliance issues. Bill has appeared before state and federal courts and administrative law judges, and at arbitrations and mediations. Bill represents employers in claims of discrimination, retaliation or harassment, disputes regarding leave requests, and non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements. Bill also counsels clients with regard to federal, state and local affirmative action compliance, handbooks and policies, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and similar state laws.
